The best way to locate the office if you are not a local to the area is to follow the M5 if approaching from the North (Bristol); the A38 if coming from the South (Plymouth), the A30/A303 if coming from the East (London) and finally the A30 if coming from the West (Cornwall). After that just follow the signs to Exeter and then use the specific instructions given below before finally referring to the generic instructions that lead to your destination.

Directions from Bristol, M5
Follow the M5 South until you reach the Honiton junction just outside Exeter. Follow the slip road down and turn right onto the dual carriageway. Follow the road until you come to a large roundabout then proceed straight on. At the next roundabout continue straight on (you will pass under a bridge). Take the next turning right (before the traffic lights) and go to the end of the road. Turn left onto the main road and follow the road ahead until you see a slip road on your left signposted University (there will be a Sainsburys ahead of you and a lot of traffic lights). Now use the generic instructions.

Directions from Plymouth, A38
Follow the A38 North until you reach the start of the M5. Continue along the M5 until you see the sign for Exeter Services. Take this junction and follow the signs for Middlemoor (2nd exit off roundabout followed by 1st exit off next roundabout). You will pass under a bridge and arrive at a large roundabout with the Police Training Centre on your right. Take the 3rd exit (signposted Pinhoe) and follow the road ahead until you see a slip road on your left signposted University (there will be a Sainsburys ahead of you and a lot of traffic lights). Now use the generic instructions.

Directions from Okehampton, A30
Follow the A30 East until you see the junction for the M5 just outside Exeter. Proceed onto the M5. Continue along the M5 until you see the sign for Exeter Services. Directions from Honiton, A30 (A303)
Follow the A30 West along the dual carriageway until you reach the outskirts of Exeter. Follow the road until you come to a large roundabout then proceed straight on. At the next roundabout continue straight on (you will pass under a bridge). Take the next turning right (before the traffic lights) and go to the end of the road. Turn left onto the main road and follow the road ahead until you see a slip road on your left signposted University (there will be a Sainsburys ahead of you and a lot of traffic lights). Now use the generic instructions.

Generic directions once inside Exeter
Take the slip road on the left signposted to the University and follow the road ahead until you crest a hill with a bus lane on your left. Move into the right hand lane and turn right at the traffic lights at the base of the hill (into Beacon Lane). Follow the road to it's end and turn right (signposted Exeter Arena). Follow the road at turn right at the next roundabout (Guinevere Way). Follow the road until it forks and turn right (avoiding Atkinson Close) and you will see Froot Ltd at number 50 on the left hand side.
